Refund policy

Aperion Audio offers a 30-day in home trial on speakers and amplifiers. We provide return shipping labels upon request, and a 10% restock fee applies to all returns. This gives you time to fully fall in love with your new product and make sure that it’s a perfect fit. If you would like to return your product, please contact Aperion’s Customer Service within the 30-day audition period to arrange for a hassle-free return, and we’ll issue a Return Label (“RMA”). Return credits are typically issued within 7-10 business days of the returned item(s) being received and inspected.

An RMA will be valid for 15 calendar days. Retuned products must be dropped off at an UPS or FedEx location (see RMA document for instructions) for shipment to Aperion Audio.

In order to receive a full refund Aperion product must be returned in like-new condition and in the original packaging including all accessories and manuals. If you require replacement packaging, please contact Aperion Audio Customer Service.

Products returned without the original packaging materials, missing parts / accessories, or returned in an obviously used / damaged condition will be charged a restocking fee based on the missing materials, parts or damage. In extreme cases, Aperion reserves the right to refuse refund for returned product deemed damaged beyond salvage. In this rare situation the customer will have the option of retaining the product or having us dispose of it.

Wires and connective cables are only eligible for return if they are unused and returned in their original packaging.
