Thanks for checking out our Open Box and Closeout products! These items have been deemed open box for a variety of reasons, including being returned from a customer or online reviewer, slight blemishes in the finish, or for one reason or another our trusted QC inspections team came across a speaker brand new from our factory that had a bit of personality to it ;) But don't worry, these speakers have been acoustically tested and perform perfectly! All Open-Box products carry our standard warranty of Five (5) years on cabinets and drivers, Two (2) years on amplifiers.

A Stock = some signs of use and light surface scratches - like new condition

B stock = heavier cosmetic damage including deep scratches and paint chips
