Aperion staff were as informative and helpful as always when I needed to find parts for my old tower speakers. They could not have been more helpful! I really have enjoyed every contact I have had with this company.

Product Features
Elegant Design Elements
If you are someone with exceptionally high standards for aesthetics—then the V8T is an excellent choice for your home. Its visual design is a true masterpiece of ingenuity. Whether placed in a spacious, well-lit living room to infuse your home with luxury or in a at-home theater to complement high-end A/V equipment, it blends seamlessly into its surroundings and becomes the visual focal point of the space.
Three Way Tower Design
The Verus III Concert V8T features an exceptional three-way floor-standing loudspeaker design that offers distinct advantages in audio reproduction. It is meticulously equipped with Aperion’s patented 1.1” ASR tweeter, capable of precisely reproducing high-frequency details; two 5.25” Kevlar midrange drivers, delivering a rich and natural mid-range performance; and two 8” long-throw Kevlar woofers, providing a powerful and impactful low-frequency presence. Furthermore, its ingeniously designed, independent, sealed tweeter and midrange enclosure effectively shifts standing waves out of the drivers' passband, thereby significantly enhancing overall sound quality.
Robust Construction
The V8T features a cabinet constructed from robust, high-density fiberboard (HDF). Its interior is meticulously engineered with multiple structural braces to ensure rock-solid stability, effectively eliminating cabinet resonance at its source and enabling a pure, interference-free audio output. In terms of aesthetics, the front baffle is finished with a Sandblasting matte spray-painting process that exudes a premium tactile quality; the remainder of the cabinet is finished in either an elegant black piano lacquer or a warm cherry-wood veneer.
Advanced Crossover
Time-intensive iterative designing and fine-tuning of the crossover networks have resulted in a smoother, more neutral, and better balanced frequency response across the whole range. Enhanced phase integration between the tweeter and midrange drivers have also resulted in a cleaner, more open sound in the transition regions. The Verus III employs superior customized components, which include high quality thin film capacitors to provide minimum dielectric loss, customized Aperion internal wiring, and we even went as far as customizing the PCB board with an Aperion red color to represent our love of great sounding audio!
Level Adjustment
For the midrange and tweeter we have chosen a crossover that has a fast transient response and a minimum of phase shifting. The connectors are of a bi-wiring type so that you can connect to the amplifier with double cables (bi-wiring), or connect to one or two amplifiers to further improve the sound.
Seamless Integration
Meticulously designed and repeatedly fine-tuned by our dedicated team of engineers, the Verus III was crafted with full consideration for compatibility with both modern and older Verus models. It combines aesthetic design and acoustic characteristics to ensure seamless integration, creating a harmonious, unified, and deeply immersive listening experience for you.
Customizable Sound
Customize your listening experience with the V8T's bi-amp terminals, which allow independent connections to both the woofer and the midrange/tweeter. This feature is perfect for those looking to explore different bi-amping or bi-wiring configurations.
Quality Commitment
Veurs III offers a five-year warranty and lifetime maintenance and support, showing our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Aperion Patented 1.1" ASR Tweeter
Our design objectives required a tweeter that permits a lower crossover frequency in order to unburden the midrange cones above 2.6 kHz, where they tend to beam. To address this conundrum, we went to the drawing board with the goal of developing a tweeter with a diaphragm that resists “rocking” near its resonant frequency. By pinning the diaphragm’s center in a plane above the voice coil, it became “axially stabilized,” which minimizes unwanted distortion. The silk dome is coated in a specially developed damping compound to ensure a smooth and accurate response with controlled resonance. The refined "wishbone" waveguide has resulted in better output, with more uniform frequency response and wider dispersion across its operating range. The ferrofluid cooled voice-coil is driven by a high-energy ferrite magnet motor.
5.25" Kevlar Midrange Drivers With Aluminum Phase Plug
All woofers in the Verus family employ Kevlar cones. With the crossover point starting at about 300 Hz, this exceptionally rigid Kevlar material allows for a warm, clean and dynamic response. This is driven by a high-performance ferrite magnet structure with a vented pole piece to reduce heat build-up and larger T-yoke for increased excursion to increase bass response. The aluminum phase plug and extended voice coil increases power handling to ensure they perform to the max. These midrange "bullet drivers" provide an extraordinary level of detail contributing to the Verus V8T Tower Speakers full-color palette of sound.
Custom 8" Kevlar Long Throw Woofers
The dual 8" Kevlar woofers provide intense punch with a long-throw linear excursion design. These anchor the bottom end of the 3-way crossover network to provide a tight, clean and accurate low-bass response.
Optional Port Plugs
Optional port plugs are included with the Verus V8T Tower Speakers. If the speakers are placed close to a wall or they sound "boomy" in your room, one or both of the foam plugs may be used to control the bass response.
Furniture-Grade Finish
The slim curves of the Verus line’s first-rate cabinetry make us think "supermodel"—but the primo acoustic qualities means she’d have to sound as good as she looks. The finishing touch for every Verus speaker is a high-gloss cherry-wood veneer or piano-black lacquer that’s so right for every décor, your coffee table will be jealous.
Custom Aluminum Bases, Floor Spikes
We designed and customized these outriggers to match the sound quality and beautiful looks of our flagship Verus III V8T Tower Speakers. This new design delivers better stabilization, enhanced acoustical isolation, and brings the Verus V8T Tower Speakers to the true audiophile realm.
Level Adjustment for the Tweeter and Mid-Range
The Verus V8T features our most advanced adjustments available yet.
Mode 1 = 0dB Adjustment. This is how your speaker is out of the box, the sound is neutral with a flat frequency response.
Mode 2 = +2dB Adjustment, in this mode the tweeter / mid-range level is increased by 2dB.
Mode 3 = -2dB Adjustment, In this mode the tweeter / mid-range level is decreased by 2dB.
Mode 4 = -4dB Adjustment, In this mode the tweeter / mid-range level is decreased by 4dB.
Please ensure that all jumpers are connected. A loose jumper may cause a short-circuit if they jam between the terminals.
"Haven't had any time to play with set up and placement. They are right where I put them when unpacked. They sounded good right away running flat. For the next 3 weeks, they just continued to get better with every passing day of use. They are very accurate speakers. They reproduce exactly what they are given. The bass was lacking at first. Now it's to where I can't believe how tight and low they are going. The soundstage is wide and spacious! They sound outstanding at low and high volumes! I was planning on dialing in my two subs right away. I will get the subs hooked back up sometime, but now, there's no real hurry to do so even though I like the bass to have a solid presence down to 20hz. I haven't had the RTA out, but I'd guess these are solid down to 30hz. I've had many different high end speakers through the years costing more than three times the cost of the V8Ts. These are very close to many of them at a fraction of the price! I think these speakers are a steal at this price! The Icing on the cake is the the drop dead gorgeous finish! They look so good that the wife hasn't complained once! That's never happened before! Lol! I highly recommend these outstanding loudspeakers!"

What makes the Verus V8T's dual 8-inch Kevlar woofers special for audio performance?
The dual 8-inch Kevlar woofers in the Verus V8T speakers deliver deep, punchy bass with excellent clarity and strength. Kevlar is a premium material known for its stiffness and low distortion, ensuring your music and movies have rich, clean low frequencies without muddiness.
Are the grilles removable on the Verus speakers?
Yes, they're precision-cut and secured to the speaker with magnets. To remove the grille, gently pinch the grille cloth at the top with your fingers and pull it outward to take it off easily.
How does the patented Axially Stabilized Radiator (ASR) tweeter improve the listening experience?
The ASR tweeter is designed to provide smooth, detailed high-frequency sound with less distortion and a wider sound dispersion. This means you get crisp vocals and shimmering highs that fill the room evenly, creating an immersive audio experience no matter where you're sitting.
Are these speakers easy to integrate with my existing home audio system?
Absolutely. The Verus V8T speakers feature bi-ampable gold-plated 5-way binding posts connections, allowing flexible wiring options to suit your amplifier or AV receiver. They come with leveling outrigger feet, so you can enjoy high-quality sound with minimal hassle.
Does the furniture-grade finishes affect durability or sound quality?
The furniture-grade finishes not only give the Verus V8T a sleek, elegant look that blends into any living space, but also provide a durable protective layer. These finishes resist scratches and wear while ensuring the cabinet vibrations don't interfere with the speaker's superior sound quality.
How does the three-way design and premium crossover network benefit audio performance?
The three-way design divides sound frequencies among dedicated drivers—woofers handling bass, the midrange driver for vocals and instruments, and the ASR tweeter for highs. The premium crossover network ensures these drivers work seamlessly together, delivering balanced, clear, and dynamic sound across all genres and media.
How do I clean and care for my Verus speakers?
The gloss cherry veneer can be polished to perfection with Pledge Furniture Spray, using the included microfiber polish cloth. You can also use Old English polish for a deep clean, and it works great on the front-textured baffle!

Verus III purchase… I purchased a set of Intimus speakers in 2007. Decided to upgrade 2 of them to the Verus III. Added in an amp, E2. Everything arrives as ordered. The Aperion tech helped me over the phone to set up the E2 amp. The system is wonderful. Very happy with the speakers and amp. It’s got the wow factor in sound and appearance.
I had a great experience with their support team. It was refreshing to speak with a real person who clearly cared about solving my issue and getting me taken care of quickly. Collin was especially helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Highly recommend Aperion!
Totally Satisfied! I have purchased multiple speakers from Aperion (Verus I towers, centers, bookshelf, and atmos speakers), and I am always impressed by the entire buying experience. Collin is knowledgeable and offer his expertise without the pressure to buy. I most recently purchased the V8T's based on my satisfaction with owning the original Verus tower speakers and my discussions with Collin. The speakers have exceeded my expectations and sound wonderful. I could not recommend Aperion enough!
These are amazing speakers! I use for movies exclusively, but I have listened to music, and they are amazing for both.
The personal conversation, understanding, service and generous solutions were exceptional and I wish literally every single other company in existence would behave like this!!!! Not exaggerating.
I have a pair of the original Verus Concert Floorstanding speakers and a Verus Concert Center Channel Speaker. I love them!
The Verus concert speakers sound great and are a nice aesthetic addition to room.
We have owned our set of Aperion's for over three years now. They are phenomenal sounding speakers.
No Regrets! I have been researching and watching reviews regarding this company and it's products for about 5 years. I am very skeptical when purchasing online. Nowadays companies post fake reviews!! Today is 3-15-25.. About 3 months ago, I pulled the trigger on the 30 day free trial. I purchased the Verus Concert Series (2 Towers, 2 Bookshelf speakers and the center channel). I had to wait on the towers, as they were back ordered. So, I had time to listen to just the bookshelf speakers and the center channel. Upon arrival, some of the boxes were damaged in transport. I pulled out my camera and started recording the condition of the box before I opened it! I've had a few bad experiences with online sellers... Thankfully none of the speakers were damaged. I was soooo excited!! I really hoped that these speakers lived up to all the hype and expectation. Long story short, I was very impressed with the quality of the sound and the wood finish. I have NEVER purchased a product for over $4000. This was a very uncomfortable decision. Especially considering (1) I had never heard the speakers in person and didn't personally know anyone who had,(2) I didn't want to box all this stuff up and send it back if I didn't like it, (3) My money would be tied up during this process, which could easily be months,(4) I had never dealt with this company before and I would have to take a chance on the quality of the product & warranty. I began this process last December. I am pleased to say, I love these speakers and they were worth every penny!! Aperion Audio is one of the best companies by far that I have ever worked with! I want to give a shout out to Collin my customer srv rep. He did a fantastic job!! Thank you!!
Amazing speakers - Amazing company 3 things have impressed me about my purchase of Aperion Verus Concert speakers. 1. The beauty and build quality of these speakers - they are solidly built, heavy, and gorgeous!! 2. Straight out of the box (with no calibration or equalization applied yet) they sounded amazing. I can't wait to see how they sound once I get past the break in period. Incredible. 3. Their customer service was unlike any other. They are honest people who do the right thing - a rarity today.
Aperion Verus 8T, just phenomenal! I was very impressed with Verus 8Ts in 2022 after reading great reviews. I was then in India and wanted to purchase a pair and take them over on a flight to India, but this never happened. Even to this day it’s hard for me to believe I was a fan of the 8Ts even though I had never heard them. I finally bought them in 2024; I am now in US. I have evolved as a music listener. In my early years of critical listening, I liked a lot of music rendered with over emphasized boom. Then slowly my taste changed to music that filled the soundstage completely with guitar sound, people usually call it rock or metal. Lately, I have started listening to classical flavors. In this evolution what stayed constant was my passion to hear the tonal balance of instrument sounds and vocals. Flat sound is the perfect sound to hear and that is where 8Ts excel. I have auditioned many speaker setups of different speaker manufacturers and their sound comparison has taught me the importance of the source of music, the amplifier and the speakers. I can say these are the best I have heard so far for a practical room size. The treble and the midrange are exceptionally crisp and flat. The benefit of cutoff at around 60Hz bass frequency is how loud you can listen to music for hours without feeling any ear fatigue. The louder you play the 8Ts the more resolved is the accuracy, three dimensionality of the sound alongwith a huge soundstage. Rock solid rendering of the vocals really makes the 8Ts stand out, indeed great engineering. The instruments sound so pure. I highly recommend the 8Ts for a stereo setup for music listening.
Excellent verus speakers and E5 amplifier! Very good sound!
Amazing experiences I have had my main speakers for 8 years now and have made several purchases since then as well. They have been amazing every time I have interacted with them and their product is exceptional. Highly recommend!!
Everything about the speakers alludes to quality. The packing is almost as impressive as the speakers themselves. The outer boxes were pretty beat up but the double boxing and exceptional foam inserts get everything in perfect condition. The speakers have perfect balance of warmth and detail without ever being fatiguing to list to. Bass output is outstanding, a nice balance of old school bookshelves and precision towers. Extremely pleased with the purchase.

Enjoying the Christmas savings buying these Verus Concert 8’ Towers, Center and bookshelf speakers plus the Bravus 12D sub and the 5E amplifier. All connected to the Marantz Cinema 50. Now working on the Govee lights for the TV / TCL 98”.
I love my Aperion Verus Concert Towers. Amazing stereo imaging, and perform equally well as part of my home theater!
Love the speakers ! They are beautiful and most of all the sound is impeccable. I will soon complete the entire 7.1 channel setup.
Great speakers from a great company Customer service was excellent as always and very knowledgeable!! Speakers are ridiculously awesome and look/sound incredible!
I only have Aperion in my home. And,I have owned several "high end speakers"over the years.
First Class Service The level of service that I have received from Aperion is the best. I have been doing business with Aperion for over ten years and they have always been fantastic to deal with.
I bought from them years ago and I trusted them then. And I just bought more speakers from them and I trust them now. The quality is excellent and the price is fair but it is their customer service that is what separates them from the competition.
Top notch products - quality sound you can hear... and feel.
Been a fan and own aperion products for years. They produce a quality product and excellent customer service
Shipped very promptly arrived very well protected loved the velvet bags
After many years of research, I finally saved enough to purchase a set of high-end speakers. As I auditioned several speaker systems, I included Aperion Audio because of the reviews, ratings, and return policy (30 days to audition). Well, I was completely satisfied with the sound and performance that I'm now saving to purchase another set (bookshelf speakers) for my living room.
Collin was friendly and knew what he was talking about. He helped me find the speakers that I really wanted.
Excellent Customer Service and Quality .... Collin from customer service was very helpful on getting final quote together. After listening to the speakers for past 6 months, they are of excellent quality. As usual, placement is important. In my own case, this was a rare case where actually putting close to wall removed a frequency dip.
Excellent value for the money, and the cherry finish made the deal -- that is to please my wife who was ambivalent about getting these speakers.

Great tower speakers, great price. Super fast shipping, and the build quality really is better than I've seen on speakers 3x the price.
You can’t go wrong with Aperion Great service. Excellent knowledge of staff. I love the trial period and free return shipping. Not that I needed it because the speakers are fantastic for the price.
Great rear ported powered speaker Overall I am extremely happy with the presentation, power, and depth. A great set of speakers at a great price. The only possible complaint is the rear port requires you to pull them out from the wall a bit, which in my case was a bit challenging on my Desk. This is not the fault of the speaker, just my own short-sightedness when I purchased them. Great product!
After two weeks of heavy usage they just sound better and better.
Excellent customer service and products. Can't go wrong with Aperion Audio. I have many lines of their products and have not been disappointed.
Great service and products!! I purchased speakers in-person at the Wilsonville HQ. Dallas was super-helpful in getting me the Verus III Concert Tower speakers. The speakers look and sound great! I’m very happy with my purchase.
Hi everyone, I have a full Aperion 7.1.4 system consisting of 2 x Verus III V8T Towers, 4 x Verus III Concert V8B, 1 x Verus III Concert V8C, 1 x Bravus II Subwoofer and 4 x A5 Immersive Height speakers. All speakers running off 2 x E7 Power Amplifiers from a Anthem AVM70 Processor and i have to say the quality of sound from these speakers are astonishing and crystal clear.
My new V8t's, V8c and V8b's, so blown away by these speakers! Couldn't be happier. They've out done some big names I've owned in the past! Heights coming soon.
Discovered your speaker line in a YouTube review. I was planning on purchasing a 5.1.2 setup and had placed another brand in my cart just waiting to pull the plug. The review had my speakers featured, but the reviewers indicated that Aperion speakers were of a higher quality and beat the ones that I was going to order.. further investigation and very helpful advice from Collin Lybarger led me to purchase Aperion and we could not be happier.
